Clients are encouraged to participate in the daily activities programme which includes arts and crafts, bingo, quizzes etc. There are monthly clients meetings, Parklands has a beauty salon where clients can have treatments and hairdressing by staff.

Visiting services, such as physiotherapy, chiropody, dental or optical treatment are available although these are subject to a separate charge. Newspapers and magazines can also be delivered and are charged separately.
